We held a “PROG (Progress Report on Generic Skills) Explanation Session”
From December 15, 2025, to January 9, 2026, all SPRING students at our university took the Reasec Inc. “PROG (Progress Report on Generic Skills)” web-based assessment (covering competencies and career orientation). An explanatory session was held based on the assessment results.
■PROG Explanation Session
A briefing session to visualize your current competency level, understand your behavioral traits and decision-making tendencies, and gain insights for career development by examining their relationship with your professional aspirations.
Date and Time: Thursday, February 5, 2026, 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Online/Zoom)
Based on the results of the “Competency Assessment” and “Career Orientation” tests, Reasec provided an explanation covering the purpose of the assessments, an overview of each indicator (competency and career orientation), characteristics and utilization strategies by level, and perspectives for future growth.
